Well-known for our unique understanding of the specific lifting requirements for those with a disability, we are continually evolving and expanding our product offering to ensure a better life for all who are diversely-abled.
Our experienced, customer focused team provides a responsive and efficient approach with the goal of delighting our customers through sustainable products, services and experiences.
We are an NDIS Registered Provider #4050001021 and can provide support to utilise funding such as NIISQ, Lifetime Care and Support Authority, Enable, MASS/VOSS, TAC and more.
We are driven by a strong passion for quality and compliance and our products are built to Australian Standards, are ISO compliant and our products can be installed to meet the Building Code Australia BCA 2010-2014.

Meet the team
Peter Cleaves
CEO
Peter brings extensive domestic and international experience in senior finance and general management positions exhibiting leadership in strategic direction, operations and value maximisation. His career spans a range of industries and disciplines, including sales, manufacturing, primary production, development, software development, financial services and project management environments.
Since his position as Finance Director at Rosemount Estates Pty Limited and then CFO at Southcorp Limited, Peter has held a number of senior roles including CFO, COO, Management Consultant, Director and Chairman of existing & start-ups and General Business Advisory.
Past memberships include Member of Australian Society of Accountants, Fellow of Chartered Institute of Secretaries & Administrators, Senior Associate FINSIA and holds a Diploma in Corporate Management AGSM – Uni NSW.
Steve Ironside
Principal
Steve is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in software engineering, business development, and financial management. He has established and run several highly successful companies since 1980.
Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Para Mobility, a business he co-owns with Peter Cleaves (CEO).
With his vast knowledge and passion, Steve is committed to ensuring that Para Mobility remains a leader in producing high-quality functional products for its target market. He also strives to provide unparalleled customer care and support.
Tania Modde
National Sales Manager
Tania boasts a diverse career history, having worked in telecommunications at Optus and care organizations such as Wesley Mission. She is a self-proclaimed food enthusiast who energizes her team with various delicious treats.
Tania is a compassionate and dedicated individual who takes pride in providing warm and friendly experiences for all individuals she encounters in sales and customer service.

Sonya Sproull
Finance / Accounts
Sonya is a positive, proactive person who is passionate about continuous improvement and possesses an inquisitive mindset. She thrives in a fun team environment. Sonya is a seasoned accountant with industry experience in manufacturing, healthcare, food franchising, coworking hubs and childcare.
Fun Fact: A few decades ago, Sonya participated in the Miss Australia Awards and raised funds for the Cerebral Palsy Alliance.

Jamie Musgrave

Jamie is a hardworking and dedicated individual who is passionate about helping people and working collaboratively with team members to create the best possible customer experience. He possesses exceptional skills and motivation, and he approaches problem-solving with vast knowledge and logical reasoning.
During his free time, he enjoys playing sports such as golf and tennis. Additionally, he is a passionate supporter of the South Sydney Rabbitohs and regularly watches their games and attends live matches. Along with his love for sports, he also has a creative side and enjoys playing the piano and creating sculptures and artwork.
With unwavering dedication and passion, he is confident in his ability to excel in any task or challenge that he undertakes.
Harrison French

Harrison’s background in medicine sales is characterized by his drive to enhance the quality of life of others through innovative and effective solutions. Six years ago, he relocated to Australia and was captivated by the country’s breathtaking landscapes and dynamic water activities.
Harrison’s passion for water sports and the great outdoors make him an ideal candidate for promoting and selling Para Mobility’s pool hoists. His love for the water aligns perfectly with the mission of Para Mobility to make water activities accessible for everyone.
Skye Davis

Skye has a wealth of experience in a wide range of sectors, including tech, health, and the medical sector. Skye, who is known for her authenticity places the needs of her clients first with a focus on improving the quality of people’s lives.
Having lived in Queensland for more than 15 years, she developed a love for the water, overall wellbeing and physical health.

Stan, our globetrotting chair maker, brings an intriguing blend of craftsmanship and analytical prowess. From his past life as a Pricing analyst, he acquired a keen eye for detail, ensuring each chair he creates is not only aesthetically pleasing but also structurally sound.
Stan’s passion for both adventure and woodworking shines through his meticulously crafted pieces. It’s also rumoured he makes the best steak in Sydney.
Llaine Bush

Llaine is committed to delivering outstanding customer service and meeting clients’ needs with a high level of care. With a background as a professional cake decorator, she brings a meticulous attention to detail, while thinking outside the box and maintaining a passion for excellence. This year, Llaine transitioned from her role in the culinary world to join the Para Mobility team, where she continues to apply her exceptional service skills in a new setting.
Although she still enjoys putting on her apron and baking for her family and friends, Llaine also likes to spend her spare time enjoying live music and has been known to be very competitive while playing boardgames.

Katrina is an experienced professional having worked in a local legal firm and a local real estate agent that is very advantageous in her role. Katrina has excellent work ethic and passion fitting perfectly into our Para Mobility team culture of high energy, delivering amazing customer service and exceptional results for our clients. Katrina has vast experience with a high level of professional integrity.
Katrina is passionate about helping people choose the right product for their needs and ensuring their day-to-day routines are enjoyed with their loved ones. She is a volunteer with Helping Hearts Survive a local charity supporting the local community providing food hampers to struggling families and to DV victims, being the secretary of the committee gives her great pleasure and involvement.
