We are thrilled to share that our CEO, Peter Cleaves, will be presenting at the 2025 inaugural Diversity and Inclusion in Leisure Forum NSW/ACT, a milestone event dedicated to advancing inclusion across the aquatic, leisure, recreation, and fitness sectors.
Peter will deliver a thought-provoking session titled:
“Breaking Barriers for Access and Inclusion: Disability Access in New and Aging Aquatic and Leisure Facilities.”
His presentation will explore the challenges and opportunities facing facility operators today, highlighting practical, evidence-based strategies for designing, upgrading, and managing environments that support equitable access for all. Drawing on Para Mobility’s decades of experience, Peter will share insights into how thoughtful planning, the right equipment, and genuine commitment can transform participation and community engagement.
Taking place on Wednesday 19 November 2025 at the Aerial Function Centre, University of Technology Sydney, the Forum brings together leaders, local activators, and key stakeholders to drive a sector-wide shift toward greater inclusion. Attendees will explore best practice approaches to supporting underrepresented groups and building leisure environments where everyone feels welcome.
