- Is part of your front counter at a lowered height (≤ 850 mm) for wheelchair users?
- Is there clear floor space in front of the counter for mobility access?
- Are there seating options nearby for those who can’t stand?

If no lowered section exists, provide a portable clipboard and seat with a friendly sign: “Need a seat or help filling out forms? We’re happy to assist.”
