Freight

Para Mobility use a number of different freight carriers to ensure you get the best service and price for your delivery. Freight is calculated based on destination, package dimensions and weight, so there is no one size fits all.

Our products are designed and manufactured in Australia with pride and we look forward to having them support your needs.

We want to ensure that all your products are shipped with the highest levels of care and consideration and ensure your products are received in good, clean working order.

Transit Time

Typically our products take 1-5 working days from despatch to reach our customers, depending on their location across Australia. International freight times will be individually quoted at time of enquiry.

Freight Charges

The Customer is responsible for any freight charges related to Para Mobility sending products to them (unless otherwise agreed prior to shipping). Para Mobility will source the most cost effective and reliable service for your order from our range of Freight Forwarding partners.

Freight Forwarders

Para Mobility use a number of different freight carriers to ensure you get the best service and price for your delivery. Freight is calculated based on destination, package dimensions and weight, so there is no one size fits all. The freight cost will be calculated at the time of quote/order, and are not included in our item pricing.

Alternatively you may prefer to make your own pick up or freighting arrangements, please discuss with a Para Mobility representative and include details at order placement.

Freight charges incur GST.

Returning Orders

The Customer is responsible for any costs related to sending products back to Para Mobility – except for when the product is under warranty or any other circumstances that are to be agreed upon by Para Mobility and the Customer. The above includes all costs of shipping, customs clearance, and other related charges.

Warranty Returns

If a product is returned to Para Mobility under warranty, Para Mobility will return the repaired product to the customer at no cost. Please check your Warranty Certificate for the warranty period, or contact a Para Mobility representative. This does not include any items that have been deemed to have voided the warranty.
