Dean Willemsen, DNW Group - CEO
Dean founded DNW Group in 2013 after recognising an opening in the Property and Care sectors for highly professional, progressive businesses in growing markets and has recently acquired Para Mobility into the portfolio.
Dean has a wealth of experience in founding and growing Prime Build, a highly successful construction business. Prime Build achieved impressive positions in the BRW Fast 100 for 3 years running and has won multiple key supplier of the year awards across their customer base. He also founded Clearstate which has recently been nominated for an Innovation Award from the Property Council of Australia, for Australia’s first Investor Crowd Funding of a residential land subdivision development in Sydney.
Dean is the youngest individual to be invited to participate in the CEO Institute. He still lives and breathes a “nothing is a hassle” mantra, and is widely recognised as an inspirational leader. Dean has been nominated as the 2015 Ernst & Young entrepreneur of the year. His drive and passion guides the Group to innovate and create rewarding environments, for customers and staff alike.
Sally Farrow - General Manager
Experienced leader in Health and Disability, with a strong passion for exceptional customer experiences, high quality products and services and developing a strong, empowered team to drive business growth.
Previous experience includes 15 years as a passionate Manager and Marketer in Bluechip corporates - Optus, AMP, BT, St George, NRMA, Banking, Financial services and Insurance.
Andrew Kelly - Sales and Customer Service Manager
Andrew has worked extensively through Aged Care, Health and the Aquatic Industry, in both Sales Management and Operational Management roles.
His understanding of both industries and his desire to help others and push for inclusiveness allows Andrew to provide our customers with great experiences. Andrew also holds a Masters of Business and Commerce with distinction, a Diploma in Aged Care Coordination and a Diploma in Marketing.
Andrew was awarded the Ellis Champion Award, the highest award in the Swimming Pool Industry and was also awarded the Dean’s medal at the University of Western Sydney. Andrew is a Deputy Captain in the Rural Fire Service and has a real passion for his community and his family and believes that everybody should enjoy life, be involved and enabled.

Sarah has 15 years experience in customer service, administration and account management across the property, education and warehousing and distribution sectors, and now health and disability. She is passionate about health, fitness and the great outdoors, and hopes one day to have set foot in every state in America – 3 down 47 to go!
David Donaldson - Fitter and Machinist Welder
Over 30 years trade qualified experience working in the medical, cosmetics, FMCG, and disability sectors. Numerous post trade qualifications giving David a well-rounded exposure to all things of a mechanical nature from fabrication of parts thru to installation and maintenance.
Possesses experience in working both in a high-quality approach environments along with experience in a fast moving, results driven companies.
